Church Bulletin Studio is a subscription-based software service that enables churches and religious organizations to create, format, and export print-ready bulletin PDFs from Google Docs using a Google Workspace Add-on and a web dashboard at churchbulletinstudio.com.
To use Church Bulletin Studio, you must create an account with a valid email address and represent a church or religious organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account represents one organization. Multiple staff members may use the same organization’s account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to PDF export will be suspended until a paid subscription is activated.
Trial periods are available once per organization. Existing organizations may not create new accounts to obtain additional trial periods. To request a trial extension, contact sales@purposedit.com.
Custom pricing may be available for non-profit organizations, church networks, or multi-site churches. Contact sales@purposedit.com to discuss custom arrangements.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribe. Billing is processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the period ends. We do not prorate refunds for partial months.
We offer refunds at our discretion for documented technical failures that prevented use of the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to billing@purposedit.com. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused service.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days, your account will be suspended. Suspended accounts retain their data for 30 days, after which data may be deleted.
In addition to starter templates included with your subscription, premium and seasonal templates are available for one-time purchase. Template purchases are per-organization and are non-refundable once downloaded or used in an export.
Template purchases remain available to your organization for the life of your subscription. If your subscription lapses, template access is suspended until your subscription is reactivated.
You agree to use Church Bulletin Studio only for lawful purposes and only to create content for your church or religious organization. You agree not to:
The Church Bulletin Studio Google Docs Add-on is subject to the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. The add-on accesses your Google Doc content solely to generate bulletin PDFs as directed by you. We do not access, store, or use your Google account data for any purpose beyond operating the add-on.
You retain all rights to the content you create using Church Bulletin Studio, including sermon notes, announcements, and other bulletin content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your PDFs.
Church Bulletin Studio, its templates, software, and branding are the intellectual property of Purposed IT. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates or software without written permission.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purposed IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Church Bulletin Studio, including loss of data or inability to generate bulletins. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Church Bulletin Studio is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the service. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. We will provide 30 days to export your data before deletion, except in cases of fraud or abuse.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
